A Personal Alignment session is an opportunity to introduce yourself and your story. It’s also a safe space for you to share what you would like to accomplish as a result of our journey together, no matter how concrete or abstract your goals may be.

Purposeful Alignment sessions are every session after the first. In each of these weekly sessions, we will review events that have taken place since our last session, make time to celebrate successes and assess opportunities for improvement, and build a practical action plan for the following week.

The bulk of each session will be focused on you and your personal journey. As we work together to increase and improve your purpose-driven performance, we may leverage any combination of the following activities:

Meditations
Reading
Role Play
Other modes of Creative Self-Expression
All activities are presented as invitations, which you may choose to accept or reject as you see fit. One on one coaching with KIRU is a safe space in which you get to determine the course of your journey.

Each journey is different. As a practice of consistency, all coaching journeys begin with a three month commitment. At the end of our first three months, you may determine whether or not you would like to continue with one on one coaching, community sessions or another experience entirely.

The success of one on one purpose coaching is reliant on your commitment to showing up and doing the work. During this journey, you will be invited to articulate and commit to your goals, regardless of circumstances presented by life which are out of your control. One on one coaching sessions require an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to build momentum through consistent effort.

One on one sessions are more concrete, in-depth opportunities for you to share and reflect, and build an action plan to build more positive experiences and opportunities related to your personal journey. Community sessions are more abstract experiences designed to provide public accountability for creative entrepreneurs on a weekly basis.

The one on one coaching journey starts at $3250 for new clients. This experience includes a personal alignment session, plus 12 weekly 1:1 sessions to reflect and measure progress towards your goals. Outside of our individual sessions, you will have access to weekly social accountability sessions with a group of creative entrepreneurs as well as access to KIRU through email and our secure community platform through the Geneva App.

As a matter of principle, the only available pricing is the value of the service, which is subject to change per the company alone.

At this time we are still accepting new clients until all available sessions have been booked. Personal alignment sessions may begin at any time, and 1:1 purpose coaching journeys begin at the start of each new quarter of the calendar year.

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that when placing orders that include preorder items, holiday schedules or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Some international orders may also be subject to additional duties and fees determined by your local customs authority. Please check in with your local DHL team for more information. KIRUNIVERSE is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Keep in mind: If your order contains one or more pre-order items, all items in your order will ship together once available. Please check all product descriptions for pre-order disclosures. Pre-orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship, however, all styles will have more specific timelines included in their product descriptions.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please pay close attention when entering your shipping address, KIRUNIVERSE will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

At this time, all sales are final, meaning refunds, returns and exchanges are entirely unavailable. Please note, KIRUNIVERSE reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. I’m the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Contact us immediately, within 48 hours of your order being confirmed as delivered. In order to process your inquiry, we need you to send an email to hello@kiruniverse.com with an image of your confirmation email, your order number typed out and multiple photos of the damaged product and/or overall claims.

We accept online payments through major credit cards including (but not limited to) Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay and Paypal.

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please allow 2-5 days to confirm the charges have fallen off as the issue should be rectified automatically. If after five business days the problem persists, and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to hello@kiruniverse.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of our items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions do vary. However, our normal practice is to wash our pieces inside out in cold water, allowing our items to air dry.
